Product Supply and Supplier Management

The Product Supply and Supplier Management feature of the HospiSoft Pharmacy module enables smooth and automated handling of pharmacy purchases. It includes full registration of supplier information (contact details, products, payment terms), order and delivery tracking, as well as procurement cost evaluation. The system automatically generates purchase suggestions via alerts when a configured critical stock threshold is reached. Each order can be tracked through to reception, with discrepancy management and automatic stock updates. A dashboard allows users to view current orders, delays, costs, and compare supplier performance. This automation ensures continuity of supply, cost optimization, and enhanced traceability.

Product Returns Management

HospiSoft supports the management of various types of product returns, including returns to suppliers, patient returns after sales, and returns from technical or sales units to the central storage unit. HospiSoft logs product returns along with the reason (delivery error, unused product, etc.), making follow-up easier. Products returned in good condition can be reintegrated into stock with precise tracking of their status. This helps maintain accurate inventory, reduce losses, and improve supplier relationships.

This interface allows users to customize and optimize pharmacy management by configuring critical stock thresholds, expiration dates, and sales margins. With an intelligent alert system, the software provides real-time notifications of risk situations such as imminent stockouts, batches nearing expiration, or profitability deviations. The interface also includes detailed management of INNs (International Nonproprietary Names), facilitating drug referencing based on active ingredients for improved compliance and safety in dispensing.
