Universal, a company incorporated in Cameroon, provides a cloud-based hospital management system software (“HOSPISOFT”) designed to streamline hospital operations and improve patient care. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the HOSPISOFT website (“Website”) and the Software.

Only authorized personnel within your healthcare facility may access and use the Software. You are responsible for ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.2.4. Data Ownership. You retain ownership of all patient data stored within the Software. HOSPISOFT will not use or sell any patient data for any purpose other than providing and maintaining the Software.

2. Website Use

2.1. Permitted Use. You may use the Website to learn about HOSPISOFT’s Software and access resources related to hospital management. 2.2. Prohibited Use. You may not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to: * Interfering with the Website’s operation or functionality. * Gaining unauthorized access to the Software or patient data. * Transmitting viruses or other malicious code.

3.1. The Software is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HOSPISOFT disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 3.2.
